Daily winners are announced each day; winners must claim prizes onsite at Melbourne Diwali Festival, October 11, 2025.
Prize Collection:
Prizes must be claimed, in person, at the Melbourne Diwali Festival event location on October 11, 2025.
No proxy or representative pickup is allowed. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited after the event date.
Sponsor and Prizes:
Prizes are provided by confirmed Melbourne Diwali event sponsors and partners (subject to change).
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. If unavailable, prizes may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.
Winner Notification & Announcement:
Winners will be notified via the method listed on the entry form.
Daily winner announcements and profiles may be published online at melbournediwali.com.au, official social media pages, event materials, and press releases.
By entering, participants consent to publication of their name, public profile, and prize win details.
Promotion & Publicity:
Entry into this contest constitutes agreement for winners and entries to be used for the promotion of Melbourne Diwali and future Melbourne Diwali events.
Winners must actively participate in promotional activities arranged by Melbourne Diwali (e.g., photos, video, short feedback, social media posts).
Consent is given for photo and media use, including but not limited to, the Melbourne Diwali website, social media, event publicity, and future event promotions.
Data Privacy & Handling:
Entrant data will be processed and stored via AWS SES, SweepWidget, monday.com, and Google Cloud Platform.
Data may be shared with confirmed prize sponsors solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment, winner verification, and related promotional activities.
Data will not be disclosed or used for other purposes without explicit participant consent, except where required by law.
All data collection and handling complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Contest Integrity:
Contest may be amended or canceled at any time due to fraud, abuse, technical issues, or other factors.
